How to manage your business and employees

Before you start

  • You need to be signed in as the shop owner.

Steps

  1. Open Tumela POS.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Business Account to update business details.

  4. Edit the business name, address, phone, email, or account manager.

  5. Tap Update.

  6. Go back to Settings.

  7. Tap Users.

  8. Tap Add Employee.

  9. Enter the employee first name, last name, and phone number.

  10. Keep Active Status on if the employee should be able to log in.

  11. Enter and confirm the employee PIN.

  12. Tap Add.

Quick tips

  • Employees use their phone number and PIN to log in.

  • Tap an employee from Users to edit details, reset the PIN, disable, or remove them.
